In July of 2015 Agostini began construction on the new Plymouth South High School.  After removal of a substantial quantity of unsuitable soils within the building footprint, Agostini self-performed the foundation work.  Structural steel erection is currently ongoing.  Agostini joined the Owner’s Project Manager, Ted Gentry Associates and Designer Ai3 Architects, LLC, on this $90 million dollar construction project. The project consists of a new 250,000 sf high school including related sitework, renovations to the existing football stadium and track, a new on-site waste water treatment facility and new multi-purpose playing fields, followed by the abatement and demolition of the existing Plymouth South High School.
